Warranty:

Shipping:
• We ship within 48 states of United States. We also ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Mexico.
• We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please do not buy if you intend to ship to a P.O Box.
• We do not ship to South America, Europe, Africa, or Asia.
• Customer pickups are always welcome. If you wish to pick up the item, please notify us to waive the shipping charges.
• We will gladly combine shipping at your request. If you decide to combine shipping, please contact us first for a quote.
• Buyers in Mexico, please contact us for shipping quote.
• All items shipped in the United States are shipped via USPS only. On some occasions, large items maybe shipped UPS or Fedex.
• All Items International orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS on occasions. International buyers are responsible for any custom charges including taxes, penalties, and brokerage fees. We will only pay and shipping charges. Please learn about any associated fees with shipping the item to your country before placing your order.
• Items advertised for “Free Shipping” only apply to the US and Canada. For other shipping locations, please contact us.
• Orders will ship within three business days from day of purchase. Most of the time, orders are shipped next day after payment is received.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the product, returns are welcome within 7 days of day product is received
Item has to be in the same condition as when received. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. S&H fees are not refundable. We inspect all returned merchandise. In case item was found damaged, shows signs of heavy usage, or missing items refund may be denied, or you may receive a partial refund.
If product is proven to be defective or Dead-On-Arrival within 7 days of arrival at your address, we provide a refund including shipping costs. Customer pays only for return shipping. Buyer will need to fill out an RMA form with description of defect and ship it back. Refund may be denied if customer does not specify item defect.
RMA items must be received within 15 days from the day RMA number is issued. We inspect all returned merchandise. If item was tested and found to be functional, 20% restocking fee + shipping costs will be deducted from refund value.

Payment Information:
We accept all forms of payment. We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Orders, and Personal Checks.
If you are sending a personal check, please allow 3 business days for check to clear before product is shipped to you. We do not accept COD. Cash is only accepted in case of a pick up. Most buyers prefer to pay via Paypal to take advantage of Paypal's Buyer Protection Policy.

Feedbacks:
To insure our buyers are getting the service they want, we encourage customers to leave feedback after goods are received.
If you plan to leave a negative feedback, please contact us via email to resolve any issues before you decide to leave a negative feedback. If you place a negative feedback without contacting us, we have the right to deny any refunds.


Definition of Item Conditions
Definition (can be used as guidelines only, please always refer to the description of the product to check what's included and what's not):
Sealed Box
Item is brand new in sealed box. Never been opened.
New
Unit has been inspected (Package opened), and its condition is Brand New. No Scratches, No Scuffs. Item comes in original package with manuals and accessories included.
Open Box
Generally new unit. Unit has been inspected, and its condition is Like New, most of the time, the item was opened, then was returned to the a retailer. In many cases, Like New units still have their original items and packing intact. Any missing items will be announced in auction description. Item may or may not come with manuals. If manuals are included, it will be stated in item description.
Refurbished
Mostly refurbished items were items were inspected and repaired, then restored to it’s original working order.
Used - Minor
Item was very lightly used. Most Minor used items have been used for less than 30 days. Items will not have any scratches or dents.
Used – Major
Item used for more than 30 days. Might show scratches or dents. Item will be tested and sold in working condition.
As – Is
Item is sold as is, no returns accepted. Item is not tested and could be functioning or may have some defects. Sometimes if item was inspected and proved to have a defect, the defect will be mentioned in item description.
Salvage
Item was tested and found to be defective. Sold AS IS. Item may be used for repair or parts.
